Whether you want to do some of the work yourself, or leave it all to us, we can find a package that’s just right for you.
1. Weathertight Shell
If you’re just looking to have the shell of your new home built quickly, so that you can then manage the remainder of the work to suit your own timescale and budget, a Weathertight Shell package is going to be your ideal choice. The table below lists the items we would normally deliver as part of this type of contract.
2. Full Build (Turnkey)
Our Full Build package is ideally suited to the self-builder who would prefer their project to be managed from start to finish by a single Contractor. Also known as Turnkey, here we build your new home to an agreed stage of completion, with options on bathroom and kitchen installations, internal fittings and external landscaping and driveways.

To help with planning the budget for your project, we offer a free estimating service. If you have planning or detailed drawings simply email or post a copy to us. Or you can upload them using our enquiry form.
Once we receive your drawings we will produce a budgetary proposal to build your new home accordingly.
From there, we work with you to develop that into a firm quotation as the project progresses. Often we can suggest ways in which the cost of building your new home can be reduced so it’s a good idea to contact us even if your project is still in its early stages.
Use our contact form to upload your project drawings, or you can post a copy to our address at the bottom of the page.
